Livačina sandy beach is just steps from the villa: fine sand and shallow, warm water – children can wade far out without it getting deep. A quick morning swim before breakfast, back to the beach with bucket and spade in the afternoon – no car, no packing, no hunting for a parking space.

The famous Rajska Plaža, Lopar's "Paradise Beach", is also within easy walking distance: almost two kilometres of fine sand and one of Croatia's best-known swimming bays. In total, more than 20 sandy and pebble coves await around Lopar, many of them quiet and unspoilt.

The villa itself is brand new and finished to a high standard: a modern kitchen with everything self-caterers need, 4 comfortable bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room and generous outdoor areas for barbecuing and unwinding after a day at the beach. Rab's mild Mediterranean climate makes it a reliable destination from May to October: warm, dry summers, pleasant evenings and a sea that warms up especially quickly in Lopar's shallow bays.
