Inside, the open-concept main floor keeps everyone in the same orbit. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking — Keurig, toaster oven, Crockpot, blender, kettle, and all the utensils and tableware you'll need — with a dining table for six close at hand. The living room gathers around a 75" smart TV, one of five throughout the house, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair rounds out the main floor.

Then there's the game room. Retro arcade cabinets and an air hockey table turn rainy afternoons and late nights into tournaments, no quarters required. When it's time to head outside, fire up the gas grill on the private patio, let the crew spread out in the backyard, or take the golf cart over to the community pool for a swim.

Four bedrooms sleep up to 15, three of them with their own ensuite full baths. The main-floor bedroom and two upstairs rooms each hold a king, while the fourth bedroom stacks a triple twin bunk and a triple full bunk, making it the kids' favorite by a landslide. A washer and dryer keep sandy towels in check, beach supplies are included, and there's parking for four vehicles.

Beyond the gate, you're in the sweet spot of the Emerald Coast. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is 2 miles away, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is 3, and the shops, restaurants, and movie theater at Destin Commons are a 4-mile drive. Beachfront seafood at Pompano Joe's is less than a mile down the road — golf cart optional, but recommended.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
