Welcome to this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Frisco, TX. The apartment features a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the community. •ID & Rental Agrement (Building Requirement):
Per building requiremens, all guests are required to provide a valid governent-issued photo ID prior to or upon check-in. A renal agreement will also be requested and must be signd before access to the unit is granted.
•No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony.
• No arties or events.
•Please note that if the key fob is lost, a $110 replacement fee will be charged.
• No unauthorized guests beyond th registered occupants.
• Pets must be pre-approved pior to booking.
• Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in accordance with building polcy.
• Keep common areas and community amenities clea and respectful for all residents.
• Guests may not use this property as a mailing address.
