The Space:

Casa Lua has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, private, and hassle-free stay. Each of the four bedrooms features air conditioning, a safe, and a private closet, giving every guest their own space to relax and enjoy.



The residence can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and offers an ideal layout for families and groups who want to enjoy the Punta Mita experience without compromising privacy.



Each bedroom features a fully equipped private bathroom, towels, and a hair dryer, along with thoughtful amenities designed to provide comfort throughout your stay.



• Bedroom 1 / Master Bedroom: Located facing the golf course, this room features a King-size bed, a private bathroom, and a bathtub, creating a peaceful and exclusive space to unwind.

• Bedroom 2: Offering a privileged view of the golf course, this bedroom features a King-size bed, TV, private bathroom, and bathtub.

• Bedroom 3: Ideal for families, this room features a King-size bed and two twin bunk beds, with views of the green area. It also includes a private bathroom and bathtub.

• Bedroom 4: Features two Queen-size beds, views of the green area, and a private bathroom, providing a comfortable configuration for additional guests.

Guest Access:

As a guest, you will enjoy the privileges of the Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, providing access to an exclusive selection of world-class amenities within the community.



The **Premier Golf Membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club. All are beachfront locations offering full-service restaurants and are available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, guests will have access to two spectacular Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM), and more than four miles of scenic trails ideal for walking or jogging throughout Punta Mita. Additional fees apply.



**Access Fee**



Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time access fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise stated.



The fee is charged closer to the arrival date and is as follows:



• Adults and children 13 years and older: USD $50 per person + 16% VAT + 15% service charge.

• Children ages 5–12: USD $30 per person + 16% VAT + 15% service charge.

• Children under 5 years old: Complimentary.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Lua is located within the exclusive Punta Mita community, allowing you to easily enjoy its main amenities and beach clubs.



During your stay, you will have access to a golf cart with seating for up to 6 guests, ideal for comfortably getting around the community, visiting the beach clubs and restaurants, exploring recreational areas, and enjoying everything Punta Mita has to offer.



In addition, Pacifico Beach Club is approximately a 5-minute walk from the residence, giving you the convenience of having one of Punta Mita's premier beach experiences just steps away from Casa Lua. The local town is less than 15 minutes away, where you can experience the local culture and atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Casa Lua is approximately 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), depending on traffic.



Its location also makes it easy to explore some of the most charming destinations along the Riviera Nayarit, including Sayulita, Bucerías, and San Pancho, all approximately 30 minutes away. You will also find shopping, restaurants, excursions, water activities, and local experiences within easy reach.



If desired, our team can assist in arranging private transportation to and from the airport, as well as other transfers during your stay, allowing you to enjoy Punta Mita and its surroundings with complete comfort.



Other Things to Note:

A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

Eating is not allowed in the pool.

Do not put food in the bedrooms.

It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.

No pets allowed.
