Welcome to a spacious and inviting holiday home in a central location in Skælskør. Here, you will be close to the beach, forest, marina and town centre – an ideal choice for families, couples and multiple generations looking for a holiday that combines relaxation with memorable experiences.
The property is located approximately 200 metres from the forest and the marina, where children can enjoy catching crabs. Skælskør’s charming town centre, with its shops, cafés and supermarkets, is only around 500 metres away. Kobæk Beach, with its bathing jetty, is just 2 km from the house.
The holiday home has its own private entrance and a large private terrace, where you can start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with shared meals after a day at the beach or exploring the local area.
Inside, you will find three bedrooms with double beds, a loft and a sofa bed in the living area. The loft is particularly suitable for children or older children, but it can also be used by an adult who does not mind the lower ceiling height.
The heart of the home is the spacious 51 m² open-plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings. It features a modern kitchen, a large dining area and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, Netflix and TV 2 Play – the perfect setting for cooking together, playing games and enjoying relaxing evenings.
The holiday home is located on the first floor of the house and is completely separate from the ground floor, where a family lives. You will therefore have the entire holiday home and the private terrace exclusively to yourselves. We kindly ask guests to show normal consideration, especially after 10:00 p.m., so everyone can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Please note that new photos of the bedrooms are currently being taken, and that the dining table and sofa have been replaced since the current photos were taken. The garden and driveway are also scheduled for renovation, but this does not affect the private terrace, which is exclusively for your use.
