Welcome to Deer Head Lodge, where the house is part of the adventure. This spacious, updated three-story Pocono retreat was designed for families and friends who want more than just a place to sleep. Kids can discover their own spaces to play, grown-ups can sneak away for a sauna or hot tub session, and everyone can come back together for movies, games, meals and evenings around the fire.



With room for up to 14 guests, there’s plenty of space to spread out while still feeling connected.



🛏️ BEDROOMS 🛏️



Fresh linens, bedding, and towels are provided for your stay, so you can settle in and start enjoying your getaway from the moment you arrive. With six bedrooms spread across all three floors, Deer Head Lodge gives multiple families a comfortable mix of private sleeping spaces and seriously fun accommodations for the kids.



**Third Floor:** Two peaceful bedrooms, each with a queen bed and TV, share a full bathroom on this level. You’ll also find a game loft nearby—another fun spot to hang out between adventures.



**Main Floor:** The primary bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with its own ensuite full bathroom and TV. Also on this floor is one of our favorite spaces in the entire house: The Lookout.



Designed for younger adventurers, The Lookout features a twin-over-twin and a full-over-full bunk bed, TVs, books, trains, games, and an awesome elevated play area complete with a slide 🛝. It’s the kind of room kids race to claim when they arrive—and where bedtime becomes part of the vacation.



**Lower Level:** Downstairs are two additional bedrooms: one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another with a queen bed. Sleeping spaces across all three levels make it easy for families traveling together to find a setup that works for adults and kids alike.



🚿 BATHROOMS 🚿



Deer Head Lodge has 3 full bathrooms, including the primary bedroom’s ensuite. Towels are provided, along with everyday essentials to make getting ready for another day of Pocono adventures easy.



🍳 KITCHEN AND DINING 🍳



Vacation mornings are better when nobody has to rush. Start the coffee, gather for breakfast and map out the day's adventures before heading to the lake, waterparks or mountains.



The updated kitchen and dining area sit at the heart of the main floor, creating an easy gathering place for a house full of family and friends. Make pancakes for the kids, cook a big family dinner or order takeout after a day exploring; the best part is getting everyone around the table together.



🛋️ LIVING ROOM 🛋️



The main-floor living room gives everyone a comfortable place to reconnect between adventures. Settle in for conversation, put something on TV, break out a board game or simply relax while the kids explore their favorite corners of the house.



With TVs in the bedrooms, games throughout the home and multiple gathering spaces, everyone can find their own version of fun, even on a rainy Pocono afternoon.



🎬 THEATER, GAME ROOM, AND ARCADE ROOM 🎬



Downstairs is where family movie night gets an upgrade.



The private theater, game room, and arcade features a huge TV, surround sound, and a popcorn machine for nights that feel like your own private cinema. Grab the popcorn, get comfortable, and settle in for a favorite movie, or turn up the competition in the arcade and a few rounds of air hockey.



Upstairs, the game loft provides another place to play and hang out, while The Lookout gives younger guests an adventure zone all their own. Add our collection of board games and activities, and there’s plenty to keep the whole crew entertained without ever leaving Deer Head Lodge.



⛳ OUTDOOR ADVENTURES ⛳



The adventure definitely doesn’t stop at the back door.



Kick things off with a little friendly competition on your **private putting green**, then trade the clubs for a soak in the hot tub. After skiing, hiking, or exploring the Poconos, step into the sauna and give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a while.



As evening settles in, gather around the fire pit for good conversation, fresh mountain air and the kind of simple vacation moments everyone remembers.

🏊 COMMUNITY AMENITIES 🏊



Deer Head Lodge is located within a private gated community, adding even more options to summer days.



During the summer season, guests may purchase community amenity access for **$12 per person, per day, which will get you access to multiple swimming pools, a swimming beach, paddle boat rentals, mini golf, and more.



Community amenities are optional and seasonal. Additional community registration requirements apply to all stays, so please review **Other Things to Note** before booking.



Guest Access:

With the exception of two locked supply closets, you’ll have year-round access to the amenities throughout your stay, including the hot tub, outdoor sauna, putting green, fire pit, theater, game spaces, and outdoor areas. Make yourself at home and enjoy everything the property was designed to offer!



🚗 Parking: The driveway accommodates a maximum of 5 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted within the community.



🔐 Entry: Deer Head Lodge is located in a private gated community. Guests will receive a unique smart-lock code prior to check-in for easy, keyless entry.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure our cleaners have enough time to meet our standards of cleanliness, Our standard check-in time is 5 pm and check-out time is 11 am



Pet Fee: $100 per pet (2 pet maximum). Dogs only, please!



We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.



Seasonally available amenity passes are available for $12 per person daily, and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day)



🏡 Three-Story Home: Deer Head Lodge spans three levels, and stairs are required to access portions of the home. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs during their stay.



Pet Fee: $100 per pet (2 pet maximum). Dogs only, please!
