About this cottage rental
All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), in a detached house on a property with two other cottages (about 30 meters away).
Ground floor: living room with lounge area (TV) and dining area. Equipped kitchen. Laundry room. Shower room. Toilet. Games room (billiards, darts, etc.).
Upstairs (two staircases) - First sleeping area: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Landing/hallway with two pull-out beds. 1 bedroom with two single pull-out beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined together, one single bed (120x175 cm), and one double bed (120x180 cm). 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Toilet. Bathroom. Second sleeping area: Toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). One bedroom with one double bed (140x190 cm) and one single bed (115x180 cm).
Outside: garden with a pond. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. Petanque court.
Two additional beds are available upon request (€32 per person per night supplement). Baby equipment: available upon request. Pets: available upon request. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Welcome to the Le Pont du Bonheur gîte at Domaine de la Patrisière, a house combining old-world charm, comfort, and modern amenities, located on a property in the Loir Valley, in the small rural village of Saint Arnoult. The town of Montoire, with its many shops, is just ten minutes away (in August, don't miss its World Music and Dance Festival!). Nearby, explorers can discover charming cultural gems and a rich heritage: Lavardin, one of the most beautiful villages in France; Trôo, a troglodyte village; Vendôme, a city of water and light; and more. Those who enjoy walking or cycling will find marked trails in the surrounding area. A fishing pond is located in the commune of Saint Arnoult, and about twenty minutes away in the summer you can enjoy the small beach at the Villiers lake (water sports available). You are also 40 minutes from the town of Amboise and its Royal Château.
