The Property & Coffee Farm:

Our private, two-acre estate is a lush paradise nestled within a forested coffee farm, where our two-story house stands as the only residence. You’ll be completely surrounded by vibrant Costa Rican wildlife and hundreds of fruit-producing trees—including plantains, bananas, guayabas, and, of course, our signature premium coffee. Wake up to incredible sunrises and soaking in sweeping views of the Central Valley.

First Floor (Main Living Space)
Bedroom 1: Features one comfortable full bed.

Bathroom: One full, convenient bathroom.

Living Room: A cozy, welcoming space outfitted with three comfortable sofas.

Kitchen & Dining: Features a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, mugs, and silverware to service up to 8 guests.

Second Floor (Open-Concept Loft)
Sleeping Area: A massive, completely open-concept space featuring two full beds and one twin bed.

Flexible Space: There is ample extra floor space perfect for setting up air mattresses or sleeping bags.

Bathroom: A second full bathroom, equipped with a dedicated hot water heater for your comfort.

Our farm is a vibrant sanctuary for nature—there are tons of beautiful bird species that call the property home, as well as a resident two-toed sloth who loves to hang out in the big tree right by the patio. We kindly ask that you admire and respect the local wildlife during your stay.

You will need to bring shampoo, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, food, etc. This can all be bought at the convenience store about 500 meters away.
