Guests have full access to the entire condo during their stay. Guests also have access to the community clubhouse, which is typically open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that these are shared amenities managed by the HOA, not by Vistay, and we cannot be held responsible if they are unavailable or closed during your stay.
-The clubhouse keycard is located inside the unit, near the front door. Please take care of the keycard, as a $100 replacement fee will apply if it is lost.
Please note that the owner’s closets are restricted and are not accessible to guests. These areas are kept locked for owner use and storage.

A car is recommended for getting around Heber City and exploring the surrounding mountain and lake destinations. The condo is conveniently located near Jordanelle Reservoir, Park City, Deer Valley, and other popular attractions throughout.
Guests have access to open parking around the building, available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, one reserved parking space is available in the garage for your convenience.
During winter, please be mindful of snow and weather conditions when parking and driving. A vehicle with appropriate winter tires or all-wheel drive is recommended when visiting during snowy months.
Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft may be available, but availability can be more limited than in larger cities, especially during late-night or peak periods. Having your own vehicle provides the most flexibility for exploring the area, visiting ski resorts, and enjoying nearby lakes, trails, restaurants, and attractions.
Open parking is available around the building on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, guests have access to one reserved parking space in the garage during their stay.
4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
