Lovingly maintained, the home offers the warmth and character of a 1918 Craftsman, along with natural light and room to gather indoors and out. On Queen Anne's south slope, just steps away (0.4 miles) from Climate Pledge Arena and (0.7 miles) from the Space Needle. Enjoy the 3-bedroom home, outdoor spaces, 3 full bathrooms, 300 Mbps WiFi, and flexible sleeping for up to eight. Sleeping eight requires using the sofa bed and roll-away beds.
The home:
On the main floor, there are two living areas, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and full bathroom. The larger living area has the sofa-bed and a smart TV. French doors open to the back patio.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the full-size stacked washer and dryer are on this level. The primary bedroom has a Space Needle view, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.
Walking distances:
• 0.4 miles - Climate Pledge Arena, McCaw Hall, and Kerry Park
• 0.7 miles - Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Gates Foundation, and Seattle Center Monorail
• 0.85 miles - Puget Sound shoreline via the Thomas Street overpass

Queen Anne Neighborhood:
Upper Queen Anne’s commercial area begins about half a mile uphill, with restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bookstores, coffee shops, and groceries. Metropolitan Market (a grocery store) is three blocks downhill.
Getting around:
Downtown bus service stops about half a block from the front door, D Line express bus service is 3.5 blocks away, and the Seattle Center Monorail is 0.7 miles away. The location also provides convenient access to downtown and South Lake Union. With so much nearby, many guests may find they do not need a car.
Parking:
The property has free parking for one car in a narrow driveway bordered by cement walls. A compact vehicle can fits snugly; larger vehicles may be difficult or impossible to fit. Because the surrounding streets are zone-restricted, guest street parking is limited to two hours.

• There is forced-air gas heat, but no air conditioning.
• The backyard fence is being repaired and is not fully enclosed.
• The basement and garage are locked storage areas without guest access.
