Additional House Rules & Important Information

Guest verification: The primary guest may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests, including children. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Minimum renter age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property during the stay.

No parties or events: Parties, events, gatherings, or other activities that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.

No smoking: Smoking, vaping, and use of tobacco or other smoking products are not permitted inside the property.

No pets: No pets or animals are permitted.

Quiet hours: Please respect the property's residential nature. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. The apartment is located in a two-family building, so please be considerate of other occupants.

Property care: Please treat the furnishings and property with care. Guests are responsible for documented damage, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from violation of these rules.

Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.

Parking: Please use only authorized parking areas and follow all posted city parking restrictions.

Smoking, parties, unauthorized guests/pets, excessive cleaning, damage, or other rule violations may result in charges for documented costs and/or a claim against applicable damage protection or the damage deposit.

This is a private second-floor apartment in a two-family residential building. Guests must use stairs to access the apartment. The entrance is on the left side of the front porch.

There are NO interior cameras.

The property has radiant heat. The thermostat is located in the dining room. Please do not adjust the radiator valves. Radiators may occasionally make normal operating noises.

Window air-conditioning units are available.

Laundry facilities are located in the basement. Please use the machines designated for your apartment.

Cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, first-aid supplies, and a fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

The bathtub is original porcelain and should only be cleaned with the provided/appropriate cleaning products.
