Finding the Property:

The building is located at 748 E. Market Street in the heart of NuLu, directly on Louisville’s popular East Market Street corridor. Please note: the guest entrance is NOT located on Market Street. The access door to the unit is on S. Shelby Street, along the side of the building.



Parking

Free parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis on Shelby street between Main st. and Bill Goat Strut ally. Convinient metered parking is located just outside the listing.



Finding the Entrance:

Once parked, make your way to the S. Shelby Street side of the building and locate the designated guest entry door.



Entering the Building:

Enter the provided door code on the keypad, then turn the handle to open the door. Once inside, walk up the flight of stairs to reach the unit.



Please Note:

The living quarters are located upstairs, so stairs are required to access the property.
