The family bathroom, complete with a shower, is also located on the first floor.
Outside, accessible via either the kitchen or conservatory, is a fully enclosed, gated garden. The outdoor space features a patio as well as a gravelled seating area with a parasol, creating the perfect spot to unwind on sunny days.
