Welcome to Avondale Gardens, a charming detached home in a convenient location in Grantham. With four bedrooms, two living rooms, two toilets and a conservatory, there is plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay.
The house dates back to the 1940s, giving it the character and individuality of an older home, while we continually work to maintain, improve and update the property. We take enormous pride in keeping Avondale Gardens spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming for every guest.
We also love adding those little touches that make guests feel special. On arrival, you will find a selection of complimentary treats, which may include drinks or fresh fruits. We want you to feel at home from the moment you walk through the door.
GUEST NUMBERS
The property can accommodate up to 6 guests where family members or guests are happy to share bedrooms.
For groups where each guest requires their own bedroom, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
This allows us to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
