La P'tite Victoire is a renovated family home, adjoining the owners' house, located in the countryside, 2.5 km from the village, 6 km from the St. Viaud water park, 20 km from the beaches and St. Nazaire, and 30 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property.
There is a terrace (accessed by two steps) and a 400 m² enclosed garden (south-west facing) with a large covered awning. Petanque balls and shuffleboard are provided.
The ground floor comprises a fitted kitchen (with an insert fireplace) opening onto a living/dining room (with a high-quality sofa bed 140x190 cm), two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby cot/high chair, portable fans, and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, firewood, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
