About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, traditional Norman house for rent in the village of Saint-Pierre-en-Auge. It has a floor area of 74 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV, a lounge with a sofa and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×200)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
A lovely, unfenced outdoor area of 600 m²:
- In front of the gîte: a stone table and benches covering approximately 100 m², south-facing
- Behind the gîte: a garden seating area of approximately 500 m², north-facing
The house is situated in Saint-Pierre-en-Auge, in a very peaceful setting.
A car is essential for getting around the local area.
The nearest essential shops are a 12-minute drive away in Trun, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, a market and more...
