It’s hard to say what’s better, the house itself or the location and it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you’re looking to explore everything that Boulder has to offer. Brad was also an amazing host and you quickly realize that Boulder is amazing because it attracts a lot of people like Brad.

Amazing house close to Pearl Street. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very kind and readily available if we needed them. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This home is Beautiful cared for, immaculately clean and very relaxing. But it’s location is the best part. Walking distance to trails and to Pearl Street. Doesn’t get much better than this.

We stayed here for a guys trip to see the Colorado-USC game. Everything about the property was great - from the house itself, to the location and the great communication with the owner.
We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Boulder in the future.
