About this house rental
Set within walking distance of Nagambie’s shops and the lake, the home also enjoys something a little special.
Direct boating access to the lake via the natural waterway at the rear of the property.
Inside, generous living spaces give everyone room to spread out.
The home comfortably accommodates six guests in the main sleeping configuration, while families and larger groups have additional flexibility with a sofa bed in the separate second living area, which can also be used as a fourth bedroom, plus two pull-out beds in the twin room — allowing family groups of up to 10 to stay together.
The main living room is warm and inviting, with large windows, comfortable seating and a feature fireplace creating a lovely place to settle in after a day exploring Nagambie.
There is also a separate living space, making the home particularly practical for families with children or multi-generational groups.
Outside is where Church Street really begins to slow you down. The garden and covered outdoor area catch the afternoon sun, making it an easy place for a long lunch, a glass of wine or an evening around the table. Beyond the garden sits the waterway, where the soundtrack changes to frogs, birdlife and the occasional swan drifting past. You’re close enough to wander into town for coffee, dinner or a walk beside the lake, yet back at the house there is a surprising sense of calm.
Although this home is presented beautifully, Nagambie Country Stay is not about polished perfection. It’s about space, comfort, country hospitality and spending proper time together.
