Please note the terrace from the lounge has lower railing, please be careful with small children.

The first floor is dedicated to rest and comfort and features two spacious bedrooms, both enjoying open sea views.
Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (180x200cm) and opens onto a large, sunny balcony with beautiful sea and garden views, an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a quiet sunset moment.
Second Bedroom - The second bedroom offers twin beds and equally impressive, unobstructed views over the sea and the dramatic cliffs of Rocha Negra, creating a truly special atmosphere but no balcony. For a larger family a draver bed is available to pull out for an extra child. For families with small children we can prepare a baby cot and high chair.
This floor also includes a separate family bathroom with bathtub, serving both bedrooms.

This property is located within a residential condominium community. Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of permanent residents and to uphold the standards of the building at all times.
1. Respect for neighbours – Please keep noise to a minimum throughout your stay, and especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Sound carries easily between buildings.
2. No loud music – Playing loud music is strictly not permitted at any time of day, out of respect for neighbouring residents.
3. Quiet enjoyment – This home is best suited for families and guests seeking a peaceful stay. It is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or social events of any kind.
4. No parties or events – Parties, celebrations, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited, regardless of the time of day.
5. Guest limits – Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight or visit the property. Please do not exceed the stated occupancy.
6. Condominium rules – Guests are required to comply with the condominium rules and regulations at all times. A copy of the condominium rules is available upon request. Failure to follow condominium rules may result in intervention by building management.
7. Trash disposal - Guests are kindly asked to dispose of their trash. Recycling and common containers are located in from of the Condominium gates.
