Quarry Cottage consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, dining seating for four, TV, and character stone features. The bedrooms consist of one kingsize and one twin, with the twin overlooking the garden and offering a small wardrobe. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin and WC. SMART TV, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Enclosed rear garden with gravelled area and dining furniture. There is on road parking nearby (this is subject to spaces being available). One well behaved dog. No smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Quarry Cottage is a delightful base for exploring Portland and the Dorset coast. Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP applies. Note - Guests will need to provide their own logs, kindling and firelighters. Note - Steep stone steps up into garden. Note - Small internal step from kitchen to dining room. Note - Small step down on landing to bathroom/WC
