Very bright, spacious and warm, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 to 6 people and makes an ideal pied-à-terre for a stay with family or friends, summer or winter.
The apartment consists of a vast living area of approximately 40 m² with a perfectly equipped kitchen corner. This large living space is ideal for sharing meals and good times, and also features a Scandinavian wood-burning stove that brings a particularly warm atmosphere. The living area includes a sofa bed offering a double sleeping space of 140 × 190 cm.

The large bedroom, of approximately 30 m², is spacious and comfortable. It has a 160 × 200 cm double bed as well as a 90 × 190 cm bunk bed, allowing up to four people to be accommodated in the bedroom. The bunk bed will shortly be modified. The bedroom also has its own shower room. A separate WC completes the accommodation.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to let you prepare your meals with ease: gas cooker with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine. For your comfort, the apartment also has a washing machine, a clothes airer, an ironing board and an iron.
Located up in the village of Vars Sainte-Marie, the apartment benefits from excellent sun exposure and a lovely open view over the Forêt Blanche massif and the Vars valley. You will also enjoy a 250 m² garden facing south/southwest, as well as private parking.
In winter, the first slopes and ski lifts of the Forêt Blanche – Vars-Risoul ski area are accessible on foot, less than 250 metres away. The nearby shuttle also makes it easy to reach the slopes and the resort's various activities.
In summer, you can enjoy the many activities and magnificent landscapes of the region: hiking, mountain biking, scenic drives, white-water sports, and exploring Vars, the Queyras, the Écrins, the Guillestrois and the Ubaye valley.
Small shops are nearby and numerous activities are accessible on site or at the Vars Les Claux resort. The calm of the village and the authentic atmosphere of this former sheepfold make it a particularly pleasant place to stay in any season.
