One of the bedrooms has an ensuite-bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, the other bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and an extra toilet. The two south-facing bedrooms have air-conditioning while the third one, facing north, has a ventilator. The house has a total living surface of about 170sqm, spread out over two levels: On the lower level, the entrance leads to a little hallway and a large living room with TV, sound system and a beautiful fireplace. Next is the kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large table for 6 people. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a little storage/utility room with a large refrigerator,washing machine and storage space, also on the lower level, an extra toilet. From the kitchen as well as from the living room, you have access to the beautiful loggia, with comfortable sofas, a little water fountain and large, floor-to ceiling openings that offer breathtaking views over the valley and magical sunsets. This is a perfect place to spend the days in summer when it's too hot on the roof terrace but you still want to be outside... On the upper level of the house, there's the three bedrooms, the bathrooms, an extra toilet, a small dressing room and the access to the roof terrace with barbecue, dining table and an outdoor sofa. The roof terrace can also be accessed from the loggia by an outside stairway.
