Living Room: 1 double-size foam mattress with complete fresh bedding (sleeps 2) and 1 couch with fresh bedding (sleeps 1).

Please Note

The property has stairs and bunk beds, so extra care is required for young children, infants, and guests with limited mobility. Adult supervision is required for children.

Only registered guests are permitted. The base rate is for 2 adults. Additional guests must be added to the reservation and are subject to the applicable extra guest fee. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Fresh bedding, towels, complimentary toiletries, toilet paper, and drinking water are provided upon arrival. These are starter supplies and are not replenished during the stay.

The townhouse is located in a busy residential community, so occasional everyday neighborhood noise may be heard, including cars, motorcycles, children, animals, and nearby neighbors. If you are sensitive to residential noise, please consider this before booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed unless approved in advance. This allows our cleaning team enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.

Self Check-In & Access

Guests can conveniently check themselves in using their personal unique gate code. For daily entry and exit, simply tap the provided keycard at the designated access point.

Please keep the gate closed whenever entering or leaving the property.

Luggage Before Check-In

We cannot store luggage at the property before check-in. Guests arriving early may use the luggage/package counter at SM City Clark while waiting for check-in.

Parking

There is no private parking. Street parking beside the property is first-come, first-served. Nearby parking may also be available within approximately 1–3 minutes. Parking is at your own risk.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor/laundry area or outside the house.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise low and respect our neighbors, especially at night. The property is in a residential community, so please be considerate of surrounding residents.

No Food in Bedrooms

Please keep food and drinks in the living/dining area to help prevent pests and keep the bedrooms clean.

Insects & Bugs

The property is in a tropical country, so occasional insects or bugs may naturally occur. Insect spray is provided for your convenience.

Electricity, Water & Wi-Fi

Occasional power, water, or Wi-Fi interruptions may occur due to local utility issues, maintenance, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Kitchen & Clean As You Go

Please clean up after use, wash pots and cookware after cooking, and dispose of garbage properly.

Do not pour food scraps, grease, or cooking oil into the kitchen sink.

Plumbing Rules

Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, diapers, or other non-flushable items down the toilet. Improper use that causes a blockage or damage may result in a charge for necessary repairs.

Electricity & Appliances

Please switch off air conditioners, lights, and appliances when leaving. Do not overload electrical outlets or appliances. Use the washing machine properly and avoid overloading it.

Stay Extensions

Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Please check the property carefully before leaving.

If an item is left behind or something appears to be missing after check-out, please check with your group members first, as items may have been misplaced or taken accidentally by another member of your group. The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property, furniture, appliances, fixtures, equipment, or other items during their stay. Please report accidental damage or problems as soon as possible.

CCTV & Security

For the safety and security of our guests, 24/7 CCTV monitoring is installed at the front gate and covers outdoor areas only, primarily monitoring guest entry and exit.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private indoor areas.

Communication

For safety, security, and proper records, all communication, requests, and assistance must be through the Vrbo app only.

Rule Violations

A US$90 fee may apply for serious rule violations, including smoking inside the house, unauthorized guests, misuse of plumbing, or significant property damage, subject to applicable Vrbo policies. Additional costs may apply for actual damage, repairs, replacement, or specialized cleaning when applicable.
