🪵 DOCK & WATERFRONT INFORMATION
The private dock is generally available during Maine`s warmer months, typically from approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on weather, lake conditions, and seasonal installation or removal schedules.
🌲 The route from the home toward the waterfront includes natural wooded terrain, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
👟 Guests should wear appropriate footwear and use additional caution, particularly with young children, older guests, or anyone with limited mobility.

🐾 PET POLICY
🐶 Dogs may be permitted with prior approval.
Dogs under 75lbs only. Must be house-trained. Dogs must be crated when being left in the house. Guest must supply the crate.
A pet cleaning fee is required for all approved dogs. Please let us know the number, size, and breed of dogs you plan to bring prior to arrival so approval can be confirmed.
