The Space:

This two-story cottage with three ensuite bedrooms sits directly on the Atlantic in the gated Cottages community on Jekyll Island's quiet north end, with the beach just across a private boardwalk over the dunes.



Downstairs, an open kitchen with quartz counters and bar seating flows into a bright, vaulted-ceiling great room with an electric fireplace — the kind of layout that keeps everyone connected whether you're cooking, relaxing, or watching the game. A sunroom off the living area holds a baby grand piano and a table for two, with French doors opening onto a covered ocean-view porch. There is a bedroom and full bath on the main level.



Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat: a king bed, wall of windows facing the water, a private balcony over the beach, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet. The second bedroom is just as inviting, with its own private oceanfront balcony, a comfortable bed, and an adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo.



Outside, gather around the fire pit at sunset, listen to the waves from the front porch, or walk the private boardwalk straight to the sand. As part of The Cottages community, you'll also have access to a resort-style pool, a clubhouse with a full kitchen, pool table, and fireside lounge, and an on-site fitness room.

The Neighborhood:

The Cottages is a gated, palm-lined community on the quiet, less-crowded north end of Jekyll Island, a few minutes' drive from Beach Village's shops, restaurants, and the Jekyll Island Market. Jekyll's flat, tree-shaded paths are made for biking, and the island's beaches, golf courses, and Georgia Sea Turtle Center are all close by.



Other Things to Note:

Please note Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card. You only pay the fee if you leave the island on different days.



This home is NOT pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is discovered you will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your stay.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



For all stays we collect a $1,000 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
