-Sleeps 14 people, perfect for families and groups! (12 in the main house + 2 in the attached mother in law suite)

THE SOLARIUM:
-Two story Sun room - you`ll want to soak in the sun all day in here!
-Massive sectional, hammock, and drop-down projector (login to your own streaming)
-Two sleeping areas in the loft
SLEEPING SPACES:
-The Doodle Room: main floor, two full beds and two twin lofted beds
-The Rainbow Room: main floor, primary bedroom, king bed, smart TV
-Loft in Solarium: 2nd floor, Queen bed + King bed (beds are on opposite sides of the lofted area, but are not fully private – enjoy sleeping under the stars!)
-Mother-in-law Suite: 2nd floor, king bed, couch, smart TV
-Extra spaces: cozy sectional in solarium, twin daybed in reading nook area
BATHROOMS:
-Main bathroom: main floor, shower/tub, toiletries included in case you forgot anything!
-Half bathroom: main floor
-Mother-in-law suite bathroom: 2nd floor, shower + extra toiletries!
KITCHEN:
-Coffee/Tea: Keurig coffee machine (single serving and pot), French press, hot water kettle (coffee grounds, K-cups, tea, cream, and sugar provided)

-Booster seat available for the little ones

-Double stall, but it can only comfortably fit one average sized car.

- one-time $125 pet fee

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.
Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.
Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.
Is this a shared home?
- No - you will have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked supply closet.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!
Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against Airbnb policy. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.
