About this apartment rental
Sukho House offers a luxurious experience by providing a fully furnished 2BHK apparment with an attached classy outdoor area. The unit is equipped with a 55inch entertainment screen, 6 seater spacious custom built sofa, 6 seater custom built dining table, a fridge, 2 attached restrooms with comfortable fittings, blinds on every window, fully equipped kitchen with utensils & equipment. The little details are taken care off with utmost attention so that our 6(O) customer feel safe and comfortable.
**Ground Rules for Guests (SOP)*
1. Check-In Time: 1:00 pm & Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM.
2. Guests scheduled to arrive early in the morning are advised to book the night prior . Early Check-In of up to 2 hours & late Check-Out of up to 1 hour are allowed on subject to availability and with additional charge.
3. Please keep quiet after 10pm, guests should respect designated quiet hours (10:00pm to 10:00am) and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
4. Smoking is not allowed indoors. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
5. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
6. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
7. No pets allowed inside.
8.Approved guests (Only Family) are only allowed, please do not bring strangers into our home.
9.Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay and do not damage/takeaway things that does not belongs to you.
10.Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dishes, soiled carpets, stains, etc.).
11.Any kind of damage at the guest end would lead to the payment of repair cost.
12.Guests are requested to switch-off the electrical/electronic appliances when not in use.
13.Commercial film and photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the Host.
14.Request the guests to keep their identity ready at the time of check-in (Guests checking into the stay must be at least 18 years of age).
15.Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form.
16.Security deposit (refundable) of INR 5000 (booking for up to 7 days) or more (as per stay duration) to be handed over at the time of Check-In.
17.4 (standard)+2 (extra charge) guests are allowed only on request (Please note that the standard booking includes 4 guests. If 2 additional guests are joining, they will be charged extra. In case the total number of guests are 6, kindly make the booking accordingly so that Vrbo can calculate the charges properly.).
18.Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the premises.
19.Cooking any type of meat or non-veg dish is not allowed in the premises though you can order it if you wish to have any.
20.Guests are requested to use the dining table always to have their meal.
