About this chalet rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming chalet for rent in the hamlet of Serre Barbin, just a few minutes’ drive from Monêtier-les-Bains, this charming chalet with a garden and a magnificent, completely unobstructed view of the mountains. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms (four showers and one bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 750 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The chalet is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with a fireplace (wood provided) and a large-screen TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, raclette, fondue and crêpe makers…
- A separate toilet
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, opening directly onto the terrace
On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (or two single beds) and an en-suite shower room and toilet
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (or two single beds) and a shower room
- A separate toilet
These three bedrooms each have their own private balcony
On the 2nd floor:
- A dormitory-style bedroom with 4 single beds
- A sleeping area on the stair landing with one single bed and a pull-out single bed.
The property includes a ski room with a programmable boot-drying system.
Outside:
- A lovely 750 m² garden plus a large terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The chalet is ideally situated in the very peaceful hamlet of Serre-Barbin, surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from Monêtier-les-Bains and the ski slopes.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the chalet in the private car park.

- Nearest airport: Turin, 1 hour 45 minutes away
