Experience the ultimate Virginia Beach getaway in this brand-new, modern 4-bedroom townhome! Perfectly situated just two blocks from the sand and steps from the massive new Atlantic Park surf and entertainment venue, you are right in the heart of the resort area. With a spacious open-concept living area, two private outdoor decks, and room to comfortably sleep 10, this pristine retreat is designed for families and groups who want effortless access to the city`s best attractions.
The Space
Spread out across three spacious levels! This new-construction home was built specifically for group travel, ensuring everyone has room to relax:
The Main Gathering Space (2nd Floor): A sun-drenched, open-concept living and dining area that flows directly onto a private deck. Kick back and stream your favorites on the Roku TV after a day in the sand.
Our fully equipped kitchen with full-size stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with bar seating so your group can easily cook and gather on your own schedule.
The Primary Suite (3rd Floor): A private oasis featuring a Queen bed and an attached en-suite bathroom with a double vanity.
Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): One premium Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): One Queen bed plus a Twin bed with a trundle.
Bedroom 4(1st Floor): Two comfortable Twin beds.
(Note: There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor, a convenient half-bath on the 2nd-floor main living level, and 1 full bathroom on the third floor).
What We Provide
We want you to drop your bags and switch into vacation mode immediately. We provide the essentials to get your trip started:
Fresh, bed linens and bath towels provided. 4 beach chairs & a wagon provided.
High-speed Wi-Fi and Roku Smart TVs in most bedrooms
Portable pack-and-play available upon request for families
Private parking (detailed map provided upon booking) we recommend 2 cars, info can be provided for more.
The Beach & Boardwalk: Just 2 blocks away (under a 10-minute walk).
Atlantic Park: 1 block from the new Atlantic (surf) park, DOME music venue, and dining hub.
ViBe Creative District: A quick 3-minute stroll to incredible local coffee, murals, and artisan shops.
0.6 miles from the Convention Center and Sports Center.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A custom door code will be sent in a message to you 48 hours before arrival for seamless, contactless entry.
Traveling with a larger group? We own all four townhomes in this complex! Message us to book multiple units and sleep up to 36 guests together.
Our professional team is always just an app message, text, or call away. Please don`t hesitate to reach out! We provide a very detailed guidebook upon booking with a full house manual along with our best recommendations of places to eat and things to do!
1. No events or parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation.
2. No outside guests on the property, not accounted for on the original booking. We understand there are rare circumstances with family or friends who live nearby and may want to join you at the beach. Please communicate with us; we can usually work something out.
3. Per the city of VB 4 cars per booking, we have private parking for 2 and details regarding off site parking available.
4. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach. We kindly as guests to bring their own beach towels.
5. Lock the door any time you are leaving the property.
6. No smoking property. $500 fee for cleaning if the property smells like smoke of any kind inside.
7. We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.
