Saige by Property Mums is a beautifully styled one-bedroom home in the heart of South Yarra, offering a sophisticated and comfortable base for couples or business travellers. With a separate study and dedicated work-from-home space, it’s equally suited to a relaxing city stay or a longer working visit.

The home features a fabulous fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with Smart TV and a beautiful private courtyard, complete with a lush green wall and lovely indoor-outdoor flow. There is parking for one car, and a small, well-behaved pet is welcome with prior approval.

Saige by Property Mums is just moments from Toorak Road and the Paris end, with its beautiful boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. South Yarra train station is an easy walk away, making it simple to explore Melbourne, while nearby Fawkner Park offers beautiful open green spaces for a morning walk or leisurely afternoon. From coffee at Sox Coffee to dinner at Nora Thai, Bistro Gitan, Oushou Japanese or the iconic France-Soir, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy some of Melbourne’s best dining and neighbourhood experiences.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
