Crystal Creek, Leduc is a peaceful, family-friendly community with modern homes, green spaces, walking paths, and a quiet suburban atmosphere. Conveniently located near Edmonton International Airport, major highways, shopping, restaurants, and local amenities, it’s an ideal base for both short and extended stays.

The neighborhood is newer and continues to grow, offering a clean and comfortable setting while still being within easy reach of Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Guests will have private access to the home and the amenities included with their stay.

We don't want to be forced to terminate your stay for violating our rules and disturbing the neighbors. There will be no refund if this happens

We want to be transparent with our guests: the interior is prepared for your stay, while exterior landscaping and finishing work will continue to improve the property.

If a fully landscaped backyard is an important part of your stay, please take this into consideration before booking.

Pre-Arrival Requirement
-Guests are to complete a quick pre arrival process through Safeguest, a safe and reliable 3rd party software to verify ID and to ensure a smooth, compliant and stress free stay.

Unauthorized Guest: No unauthorized guests allowed. Fine is $50 per person, per day charge.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Disturbing Neighbors: Please be advised that we would have no option but to terminate your stay if you disturb the neighborhood (the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, we want to keep it that way).

Mandatory House Keeping:
If staying more than 1 week, there is mandatory housekeeping where our cleaners have to be granted access to clean up the property. For maintenance, and making sure everything stays fresh for you.

Check Out:
Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $50 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
