The Space:

The interior features a spacious living room designed for relaxation and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher and coffee maker for your convenience. The dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a queen bed and private half bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom furnished with two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for families. The full bathroom is stocked with essentials and a bathtub. Guests have access to a private back deck area with outdoor furniture. Please note that the property is shared with other businesses and access is restricted to the villa and the designated back deck area to ensure privacy for all. Amenities such as air conditioning, heating, high speed internet, and laundry facilities are included to ensure a seamless visit.



Guest Access:

Access is via the main Orange door located at the front of the house.



The Neighborhood:

Located conveniently in the Riverside area, which makes it handy to the town basin and loop walk.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Whangārei town center and the Town Basin. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. For those arriving by public transport, local bus services operate in the area, with stops within walking distance. The Whangārei Airport is approximately a 8-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

A quick note on the space: this property shares a section with two other businesses, a boutique gym and a tiny home stay. To protect the privacy of gym members and other guests, access for Riverside Villa stays is limited to the back deck area only. The back grass area and the tiny home surroundings are not included.
