This single-storey villa opens onto a spacious garden with Mediterranean scrub on three sides. The large covered loggia connects the interior spaces to the private garden and the view, serving as a bridge between indoors and outdoors. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with a dining area, pantry and laundry room; a living room with a wood-burning fireplace; a bathroom with an antechamber; and two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The living room sofa converts into a double bed. The patio's divided into three integrated areas: an outdoor living area, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a large table. Adjacent to this stands the pool with a whirlpool. In the garden, you can use the traditional Sardinian oven with a wood-fired barbecue, a covered kitchen equipped with a dining and seating area and two heated outdoor showers.
Convenient walking paths lead to Campulongu Beach, just a few metres from the villa—one of the most popular beaches in Villasimius. The beach is known for its crystal-clear water, white sand dunes and Mediterranean scrub that extends right up to the shore. The property is also close to a 9-hole golf course.
