The space
Your private oasis occupies the entire downstairs level of our modern Eastlake townhouse. In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a hotel-comfort queen bed wrapped in high-quality linens, block-out window treatments, and ample closet space to unpack your bags. Just next door, the flexible lounge features a premium sleeper sofa that easily configures into a cozy bed for a second guest. This flex room is also stocked with a portable dining table/work desk and our signature kitchenette corner - complete with a coffee station, microwave, mini-fridge, and plenty of complimentary treats to fuel your Seattle adventures!

Guest access
Guests have 100% exclusive access to the entire downstairs floor, including both rooms, the private full bathroom, and the serene garden patio. To ensure your total privacy and peace of mind, a secure interior door completely separates your rental suite from my personal living quarters upstairs.

During your stay
I love giving my guests total space and autonomy to relax, so I operate entirely via self-check-in and keep my primary communication right here on the app. While I live upstairs and am always just a quick digital message away for immediate house needs or local Seattle guidance, you won't have to worry about unannounced drop-ins. Whether you want to pick my brain for the best hidden-gem Vietnamese spots in the city or just want a quiet place to unwind after a day of meetings or sightseeing, the floor is entirely yours!
