Welcome to Bearverly Hills — Where Hollywood Meets the Smokies. This authentic 3-level log cabin was made for families and groups who want to stay together without sacrificing space, comfort or fun. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and beds for all 16 permitted guests, nobody needs to claim a sofa or sleep on the floor.



And the setting? Pure Smoky Mountain magic. Enjoy panoramic mountain views, watch Dollywood’s fireworks from the front deck, and keep your eyes open for black bears that frequently travel through the mountainside surrounding the cabin.



MAIN LEVEL



The heart of Bearverly Hills brings everyone together beneath soaring log ceilings. The Bel Air Lounge features comfortable seating, a stone fireplace and large TV, while The Polo Lounge Dining Room seats 12 with 4 additional seats at The Rodeo Counter.



The Beverly Hills Commissary is our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dedicated coffee station and signature Dirty Soda Bar.



Also on this level is The Sunset Strip Suite, our king primary suite featuring an in-room jetted Jacuzzi, Roku TV, ensuite full bath and direct access to the upper rear deck.



UPPER LEVEL



Upstairs are two queen bedrooms, The Runyon Canyon Room and The Beverly Hills Hotel Room. Both include Roku TVs, dressers, closets and comfortable furnishings and share a full bathroom.



LOWER LEVEL



This is where Bearverly Hills really lets its hair down.



Challenge the crew to pool, shuffleboard and arcade games in The Beverly Hills Game Club, then grab a microphone and head for The Viper Room, our music and karaoke space featuring a stage, two acoustic guitars, premium karaoke system, party speaker, LED lighting and a ceiling-mounted disco ball.



The lower level also includes three bedrooms: The In-N-Out Bunk Room with a queen-over-queen bunk and playful kids’ space, The Tahoe Bear Den with four individual bunks, and The Chateau Marmot Room, a private queen bedroom. Two full bathrooms serve this level.

The Sunset Terrace is our front deck and your front-row seat to Dollywood’s fireworks when scheduled.



The Mulholland Overlook is the upper rear deck, where rocking chairs, a BBQ grill and sweeping mountain views make morning coffee, afternoon rainstorms and misty Smoky Mountain evenings something special.



Downstairs, The Canyon Club brings the fun outdoors with cornhole and The Hollywood Bowl, our private 8-person hot tub tucked into the wooded mountainside.



MORE TO LOVE



Every bedroom has a wall-mounted Roku TV. Guests also enjoy access to the Hidden Springs Resort indoor community pool, approximately 4-car parking and a convenient location near Dollywood and the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.



Bearverly Hills isn't simply somewhere to sleep between adventures. Guests have private access to the entire 3-level Bearverly Hills cabin, including all 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining spaces, game room, karaoke/disco room and all 3 covered decks.



Enjoy The Hollywood Bowl, our private 8-person hot tub, BBQ grill, cornhole, pool table, shuffleboard, Multicade arcade, karaoke setup, coffee station and Dirty Soda Bar.



You’ll also have access to the Hidden Springs Resort indoor community pool during your stay.



Private parking accommodates approximately 4 vehicles, with just 8 steps to the main entrance.



Please note that any locked owner, housekeeping or maintenance closets are reserved for staff and are not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Bearverly Hills is located in Hidden Springs Resort, a peaceful Smoky Mountain cabin community near Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. You’ll feel tucked into the mountains among mature trees, rolling ridgelines and local wildlife while remaining convenient to the area’s most popular attractions, dining and entertainment.



One of the best perks of our location happens after dark: when scheduled, Dollywood’s nightly fireworks can be enjoyed right from The Sunset Terrace, our front deck.



Guests also have access to the resort’s indoor community swimming pool, perfect for adding a pool day regardless of the weather.



This is true black bear country, and bears frequently travel through the neighborhood and mountainside surrounding the cabin. Enjoy sightings from a safe distance, never feed or approach wildlife, and always secure food and trash.



Mountain roads in the area can be steep and winding. We recommend making your first arrival during daylight hours when possible and planning appropriately for seasonal weather conditions.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is strongly recommended for your stay at Bearverly Hills. The cabin is located in a mountain community, and roads can be steep, winding and narrow in places.



Private parking at the cabin accommodates approximately 4 standard-size vehicles, with just 8 steps from the parking area to the main entrance.



GPS will bring you to the property, but we recommend making your first arrival during daylight hours whenever possible. Drive slowly, watch for wildlife and use extra caution after dark, during rain or in winter weather.



Rideshare availability can be limited in mountain areas, so we recommend planning transportation in advance rather than relying solely on Uber or Lyft.



Once you’re down the mountain, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, restaurants, shopping and Smoky Mountain attractions are all within easy driving reach.



Other Things to Note:

Bearverly Hills is a true mountain cabin, and a few things are worth knowing before you arrive.



Black bears are frequent visitors. There is active bear habitat on the mountainside, and bears may pass near the cabin, decks or parking area. Enjoy them from a safe distance, but never feed, approach or interact with wildlife. All trash must remain secured in the designated bear-resistant lockers.



Dollywood fireworks are an incredible bonus, not a guarantee. When Dollywood schedules fireworks, you can enjoy the show from The Sunset Terrace. Show dates, times and visibility vary by season, weather and Dollywood’s operating schedule.



Mountain roads can be steep, winding and affected by weather. We recommend arriving during daylight on your first visit and using a vehicle appropriate for current conditions.



The cabin accommodates up to 16 registered guests, with actual beds for all 16—no sofa sleepers or air mattresses required. Parking accommodates approximately 4 standard-size vehicles, and there are 8 steps to the main entrance.



The Hidden Springs Resort indoor pool is a shared community amenity. Hours, availability, maintenance closures and community rules are outside our direct control.



Starter quantities of select Altespacio guest essentials are provided upon arrival. For longer stays or larger groups, you may need to purchase additional supplies.



Most importantly, Bearverly Hills is designed for guests who want to gather, play and experience the Smokies together while respecting our neighbors, wildlife and mountain surroundings.



Interaction with Guests:

Bearverly Hills is yours to enjoy privately during your stay, but you’re never on your own when you need us.



Our Altespacio guest services team is available through the booking platform to assist with questions or concerns before, during and after your stay. We respect your privacy and will not interrupt your getaway unless assistance, maintenance or an emergency requires our attention.
