The space
The penthouse features 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 elegant en-suite washrooms, including one that also offers convenient access from the living area.
The expansive living room seamlessly opens into a stunning private deck through full-length sliding partitions — allowing you to effortlessly transform the space from an airy open-deck setting into a cozy indoor lounge, depending on your mood and the season.
Located on the 4th floor with access via a modern lift 🛗, the residence is further elevated by a beautiful open terrace filled with natural light, lush greenery, and ample space to unwind, entertain, or simply enjoy the calm above the city.
A total of 3 air conditioners keeps the place cool and the open spaces are almost always breezy!
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire penthouse, including the private terrace and all indoor spaces. From the spacious living areas and bedrooms to the open deck and terrace lounge, every part of the property is yours to enjoy in complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.
Other things to note
House Rules
* Quiet hours begin after 10 PM. If music is being played, please keep the volume low to avoid disturbing the neighbourhood. We are located in a posh south delhi neighbourhood and we expect the guests to maintain the sanctity of the neighbourhood with respect to excessive noise/ music or any other disturbances.
Basically guests are expected to self moderate the noise/ music. Music for vibes etc and decent gathering are always welcomed. We have placed a Bluetooth speaker in the property for guests to enjoy music.
* Guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. In case excessive cleaning is required, additional cleaning charges between ₹300–₹500 may apply depending on the condition of the space.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges ranging from ₹300–₹500.

* Kindly treat the home with care and respect.
* Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays.
* Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
* Please switch off lights, ACs, and appliances when not in use.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may use the balcony or open terrace areas for smoking. This is to avoid any fire incidents!
* Please carry an Aadhaar Card or any valid government-issued ID for check-in.
