About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The minute you walk into Wyoming you feel at ease. Send the kids to the back family room, pour yourself a drink, and get ready to relax. Whether it be on the front porch or the side patio, there are options!
Wyoming is on a quiet and wide street! There is plenty of parking. There is also a 1 car driveway available for use. Greeted by a spacious front porch, after entering the front door entrance you are immediately in the front family room. With a semi open floor plan, the family, dining and kitchen area flow together. There are small appliances available, including an ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig, charging station and blender. The home has starter essentials that are needed. Tp, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent and some household cleaners with sponges. The kitchen is accessible to the office nook and the half bath.
Following down a small hallway and one step is the laundry room to the left, a shower room to the right that flows into the mudroom. Great for storing any extra beach accessories, towels, shoes etc.
Going back further after the laundry room is a door to the back family room. This room is very spacious and is furnished with a large sectional, large TV and an extra 4 seat round table as well. Plenty of space for a Sunday game day! This room has a remote to control the air unit above the TV. Please keep it at a reasonable temperature.
From this back room you have access to the outdoor private patio. A grill is available within the patio space.
A shed is also on the premises for any beach toys etc.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms and two full baths. Two bedrooms have a twin over full with twin trundle bunk bed. The primary and jack and Jill bath bedroom are queen beds and primary has a TV and a futon.
