🕒 Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times
• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

**Please request in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out. Approval is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.**

🔹 House Rules
• No parties or events ($1,000 fee + possible eviction)
• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment ($350 fee)
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No unregistered guests ($100 per person)

🔹 Keys & Access
• Lost keys/access cards: $500 replacement fee
• Lockout assistance: $50 ($150 after hours)

🔹 Damage & Lost Property
• Please report any damage immediately
• Left-behind items will be held for up to 2 weeks
• Shipping and handling fees apply
• Items will not be shipped until payment is received

🔹 Other Notes
• No illegal substances permitted on the property
• Baby equipment may be available upon request (additional fees apply)
• For safety reasons and building regulations, apartment windows cannot be opened
• Air conditioning and ventilation are provided throughout the apartment for your comfort
