About this house rental
Wonderful home in West Dover just 1 mile to the mountain. This house has been our family vacation retreat for over 20 years. Now that we aren't skiing any more, we are making it available as a seasonal ski rental.
The house is perfectly situated, 200 yards of Rt 100 and a mover stop. The Vast trail is behind our house if you want to snow mobile. We are walking distance to 7-11 & Last Chair.
It has a newly renovated large chef's kitchen, heated mud room, indoor wood room and updated bathrooms and new metal roof. Bonus room in the basement.
We are ideally looking for a ski season rental. I'm only allowed to set a 27 day min stay. If you want the season, I can adjust the daily rate lower to get a seasonal rate of 18k
My favorite feature is the hot tub on the deck with winter views of Mt Snow. With 4Br & 2 Bath, it's a great house for a large family or a share house.
