Welcome to the heart of Ruka! This cozy 64m² apartment with a balcony is located right at the central square near Lake Talvijärvi, just 500m from the ski lifts. It sleeps 4+2 guests comfortably in 2 bedrooms and a living room sofa bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private sauna and cozy fireplace. For your convenience, it includes a washing machine, drying cabinet, and 2 toilets. Pets are warmly welcome, and a parking spot with a heating plug is provided. The perfect holiday base!
This 64-square-meter apartment features the following spaces:
Living room: The living room includes a TV and a fireplace (firewood is provided). There is a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space for two guests. The apartment also features a balcony.
Kitchen: The apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen. It includes an electric stove, hot plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
Bedrooms: There are two separate bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with two single beds, providing fixed beds for four people in total.
Bathroom, Sauna & Laundry: The apartment features a shower and a private electric sauna. For added convenience, there are two separate toilets. Amenities also include a washing machine, a drying cabinet for clothes, ironing facilities, a vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
