Welcome to our spacious 80 sqm attic apartment in Lautern, a district of Heubach. Our house is quietly yet centrally located on Rosensteinstraße. Directly behind the house, the Rosenstein nature reserve begins, so you can enjoy beautiful mountain views from the apartment.



The apartment features two separate bedrooms with a total of four beds. For younger guests, a travel cot and high chair are available. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped. The kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a pod machine. Wi-Fi and a TV are provided. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, corner bathtub, and shower. The apartment includes a large roof terrace and a private garden. A parking space at the house and a bicycle storage room are available.



A bakery is just a five-minute walk away, and butcher products are also nearby. Fresh produce is available from two local nurseries and a farm shop. In Heubach (3 km), you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and doctors.



For excursions, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Aalen (both about 12 km) are ideal, where you can book city tours. In Aalen, the "Tiefer Stollen" mine is worth a visit. Legoland is about 1 to 1.5 hours away, Ulm and Stuttgart can each be reached in about an hour.



Cycling and hiking tours can start directly from the property, for example to Rosenstein, Wental with the "Felsenmeer," or the source of the Rems.
