-Firepit with chairs (bring your own firewood)

LAUNDRY ROOM:
-Washer and Dryer are free to use
-Laundry detergent is provided

PARKING:
-Park on the street in front of the house or in the parking pad (2 small spaces) in the back alley

Guests will have access to the entire space with the exception of a supply closet that we keep locked.

We are just a phone call or message away! We`re happy to assist with anything you need during your stay.

We are within walking distance to downtown Sioux Falls and only three blocks from Phillips Avenue (the main downtown street).

This home is across the street from an elementary school. The road can be busy during drop off and pick up times.

The house is located across the street from an elementary school. Street parking is limited during drop off and pick up times, however there is a parking pad at the back of the house in the alleyway.

Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your Truvi verification link. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

FAQs

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- Nope! It`s all yours!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against our policy.
