~Bedroom 1 (First Floor) – Two twin beds with ample clothing storage, conveniently located across from the full hall bath.
~Bedroom 2 (First Floor) – One full bed, also situated near the full hall bath.
~Loft Bedroom (Second Floor) – Two full beds, a seating area, TV, and clothing storage. This space is open with a cutout overlooking the entrance area.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs (50 lbs max) for an additional $250 pet fee. Pets must not be left unattended. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required due to pet-related messes. While the yard is fenced, we recommend supervising pets at all times.

We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violates local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay.
- Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers.
- Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments.
- Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement no outside visitors allowed.
- Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge.
-The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place.
