About this house rental
Casa Campana Candil 1 is a newly built country house in Tijarafe, whose architecture is based on traditional Canarian building methods. High wooden ceilings characterise the rooms and create a warm, homely atmosphere.
In the centre of the house is the open-plan living area with integrated kitchen. On either side are the two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds – a pleasant layout for both two couples and families.
From the living area, you access the outdoor areas with private pool, terraces and garden. Some old avocado trees have been integrated into the new garden design; further planting around the property will over time create an increasingly green border without obstructing the view towards the sea. On the other side of the house are a small brick barbecue area and a separate utility room.
Candil 1 is located in a rural residential area of Tijarafe directly on the LP-1, one of the island's main connecting roads. With windows and doors closed, traffic cannot be heard inside the house; in the outdoor areas, however, passing vehicles are noticeable. The house is therefore a good choice for guests who enjoy individual living, like being close to everyday island life and do not expect a completely secluded location.
The private pool can be electrically heated upon request. Pool heating is optional and can be booked for an additional fee.
