A Home to Relax and Unwind
The living room centres on a working fireplace beneath a slatted wood wall, with a smart TV for winding down after a day out. Room-darkening blinds mean you can sleep in past the morning light, and the balcony with outdoor furniture gives you somewhere to sit with a coffee above the street below.

The Layout

• Living area: Velvet corner sofa facing the fireplace and smart TV, with a dining table to one side. Doors open onto a balcony. A double sofa bed and single sofa bed provide extra sleeping space here.

• Kitchen: Galley kitchen along one wall with a garden view, fitted with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, wine glasses and cooking basics.

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an en-suite bathroom attached.

• Bedroom 2: King bed, with a wall-mounted TV and rooftop view.

• Bathrooms: The en-suite serves Bedroom 1. The main bathroom has a bath with shower screen, plus a separate walk-in shower with a rainfall head. Complimentary toiletries throughout.

• Outdoor space: The private balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooks the shops and street below, with a private terrace at the back of the property too.

Location
Earl`s Court sits in Zone 1, a busy central neighbourhood where Victorian terraces meet a steady mix of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. The tube puts most of London within easy reach, and South Kensington`s museums are a short ride or a walk away. There is plenty to eat and drink within a few minutes of the door.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat sits above a parade of shops and restaurants on Earls Court Road, so some street noise will be noticed. The kitchen is a compact galley. Check-in is self check-in via KeyNest: keys are collected from a 24-hour local supermarket at 119a Earls Court Road, directly below the property, using a code sent to you on the day of arrival. Parking is off-site and paid, a minute`s walk away, at £22 per day and free after 18:30. Maximum 6 guests, which includes any daytime visitors; visitors should leave before 11pm. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
