About this house rental
Located along the banks of the Cher River, between Tours and Amboise, this outbuilding of the Beauregard Manor was fully renovated and decorated in 2025, featuring all the amenities necessary for your comfort.
We welcome you to this spacious, light-filled house, which opens onto a private garden.
You will appreciate its high level of comfort and its prime location for exploring the Loire Valley.
Ideal for a getaway with family or friends.

The house is situated within the grounds, just a few meters from the Beauregard Manor, where the owners reside. It was fully fitted out with a holiday-home feel to accommodate the owners' family while also being available for rental (featuring private parking and a garden). For this reason, it cannot be rented for parties or festive events. Thank you for your understanding.
The house has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 14 people. The layout includes:
- Ground floor:
- Large, light-filled living area with a welcoming dining space, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic essentials, etc.), and a lounge area
- Separate lounge with a foosball table and a screen for connecting to your own streaming subscriptions
- Separate toilet
- First floor:
- Lasserrade Bedroom (1): large double bed (150x200) and en-suite shower room
- Lauture Bedroom (2): 2 single beds (can be combined into a King-size bed: 180x200), desk, and en-suite shower room
- Alérion Bedroom (3): 2 single beds (can be combined into a King-size bed: 180x200), desk, and en-suite shower room
- Saint-Loup Bedroom (4): 2 single beds (can be combined into a King-size bed: 180x200) and en-suite shower room
- Saint-Cassien Bedroom (5): 2 single beds (115x195) and en-suite shower room
- Gascogne Bedroom (6): 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk
- Touraine Bedroom (7): 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk
- Bathroom with bathtub

- Tree-filled garden with outdoor furniture

- Private parking area at the rear of the house
Guest access
The entire property is at your disposal. A parking area at the rear of the house allows you to park your vehicles within the property grounds. The small town of Véretz, with its local shops, is situated in the heart of the Loire and Cher valleys—an ideal central location for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux and vineyards. The nearest châteaux are just 10 minutes away.
A supermarket (Intermarché) with a fuel station is located 600 meters away.

The rate includes bed linen (with beds made upon arrival), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
If you would like any single beds combined into double beds, please let us know when making your reservation.
A small supply of groceries, toiletries, and cleaning products is provided to get your stay off to a good start.
