Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area and comfortable bedrooms. Just a short drive away, you’ll find Kingwood Center, the Ohio State Reformatory, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Mansfield Speedway and the Carrousel District shops/restaurants.
The space
You'll enjoy a sprawling ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from pots and pans to salt and pepper. Living room overlooks the lake. Games, puzzles, books and a few toys can be found in the living room. Cozy den has access to a small balcony, a perfect place to sip your morning coffee. Relax in our finished basement which includes a wet bar, eating area, pool table, foosball and sofa. Relax in the hot tub over looking the lake. Enjoy a game of pickleball on the driveway. Parking for 1 vehicle in attached garage

Once you enter the house, you'll find a hall closet to your left with hangers for coats and other amenities such as ironing board, pack n play and highchair. Straight ahead is the living area featuring an sectional which pulls out into a sleeper sofa and smart TV. This bright and airy room has a great view of the lake.
To the right you’ll find the dining area, featuring seating for 9 and the kitchen which has everything you’d need for cooking all your meals. Help yourself to a complementary snack or coffee! Off the kitchen, you'll find the den which has an electric fireplace, bookshelves to browse and the balcony overlooking the lake.
Down the hall are the three bedrooms, with blackout curtains, cozy sheets and luggage racks for all your items.
The master bedroom has 1 king bed, smart TV and a private bathroom with shower. The next bedroom has 1 queen bed, smart TV and access to a full bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub in the main hallway.
Finally, at the other end of the kitchen, you’ll find the door to the basement. The basement has a pool table, foosball, eating area, couch, smart TV electric fireplace and wet bar. The laundry room is located in the basement.
Outside, enjoy the sights of the private backyard overlooking beautiful lake. The hot tub is available and the patio has string lights to enjoy an evening soak. You'll find fishing poles in the garage. A portable pickleball set is available in the garage and can be set up on the driveway. A gas grill is available to use and grilling tools are located in the basement bar. No swimming allowed.
