The bright and inviting décor offers three comfortable bedrooms, two toilets and a spacious kitchen-dining room in open connection with the living room. Here, daylight streams in, and the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cozy atmosphere all year round. From the living room there is direct access to several beautiful terraces facing south and west, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. On the north side of the house you will find a peaceful terrace with shade – perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. The large garden invites you to play, ball games and relax, while the children have plenty of space to explore the green surroundings. As an added plus, the property has an isolated annex with two beds and a large activity room of approx. 30 m² with table tennis and table football – ideal for cosy moments and entertainment for both children and adults, regardless of the weather. Hovborg Ferieby is surrounded by unique nature with Holme Å, forest areas and beautiful hiking and cycling routes. Only a short distance from the cottage you will find a cozy put & take fishing lake, the scenic Baldersbæk Plantation, historic Hovborg Watermill and the popular Heart Path in Hovborg, where you can experience the beautiful nature on foot. For the whole family, WOW PARK Billund is also within a short driving distance and offers lots of fun and active experiences in nature. In addition, some of Denmark's most popular attractions are easily accessible, including Legoland®, LEGO® House, Lalandia, Givskud Zoo, Ribe – Denmark's oldest city – as well as the Fisheries and Maritime Museum in Esbjerg.
