Spread out with 4 king beds + a 4-twin bunk room, soaring cathedral ceilings, a cozy fireplace and easy main-level living. Play in the game room with arcade + pool table, soak in the private hot tub, enjoy the community pool, or gather on the wraparound porch beneath the trees. Plenty of space to relax, reconnect & make memories.

The Space:

Welcome to Peak Mode Retreat, a spacious 2,952 sq. ft., three-level log cabin designed for families, multiple couples, and multigenerational groups who want plenty of room to gather without feeling crowded. Surrounded by mature trees and mountain nature, the home combines classic cabin character with thoughtful spaces for relaxing, playing, dining, and reconnecting.

One of the home's best features is its easy main-level living. From the parking area, there's just one step up to enter the home, making arrival especially convenient for older guests or anyone who prefers to minimize stairs. Although the cabin spans three levels, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available on the main floor.

MAIN LEVEL

Step inside to a welcoming foyer with seating and a puzzle table, giving you the first glimpse of just how many different spaces there are to enjoy throughout the home.

The heart of Peak Mode Retreat is the grand living room, where dramatic cathedral ceilings, soaring windows, a fireplace, and an open loft overhead create the quintessential mountain-cabin atmosphere.

Nearby, The Gathering Table provides space for family meals, while The Summit Kitchen is fully equipped for feeding the whole crew. A breakfast bar provides additional seating and a natural gathering place for morning coffee, snacks, and conversations while dinner is being prepared.

Also on the main level is The Summit Spa Suite, an oversized king bedroom featuring an in-room Jacuzzi tub and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Having a king bedroom, private bath, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor access all on one level makes this floor especially convenient for guests who would rather avoid stairs.

A powder room completes the main level.

Step outside and discover the home's dramatic wraparound porch, extending around the property and offering plenty of opportunities to slow down and enjoy the wooded surroundings.

UPPER LEVEL

Head upstairs to The Basecamp Loft, an open loft-style king bedroom overlooking the dramatic living space below.

For anyone who needs to mix a little work with vacation, you'll also find a dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and task lamp.

A detached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves this level.

Little travelers get something special of their own: Little Explorers Camp, an imaginative camping-inspired play retreat where kids can enjoy a little indoor mountain adventure and pretend campfire fun.

LOWER LEVEL

Downstairs is where Peak Mode switches into Game Mode.

The game room is packed with entertainment, including a Harley-Davidson arcade, pool table, TV, pub-style seating, music, and fun lighting. It's a great hangout for kids, teens, and adults alike.

This level also includes three additional bedrooms.

The Moose Lodge features a king bed.

The Trailside King offers another king bed.

The Bear Cub Bunkhouse features four twin bunk beds, giving younger travelers their own dedicated sleeping space.

A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the lower level, and you'll also find a laundry room available for guest use.

All bedrooms offer generous closet space, making longer stays and larger family trips much easier.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Peak Mode Retreat is just as much about being outside as it is about the cabin itself.

Step onto the lower deck beneath bistro lights and settle into the private hot tub, gather for an outdoor meal, or challenge the family to a game.

Outdoor entertainment includes cornhole, giant Jenga, oversized chess, checkers, and more, with seating for everyone whether you're dining together or simply hanging out beneath the trees.

Guests also have access to the Smoky Cove HOA community pool, subject to seasonal operating dates, HOA hours, availability, and community rules.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Peak Mode Retreat offers 5 bedrooms with 4 king beds + 4 twin beds:

The Summit Spa Suite: King | Main Level | Private Bath | In-Room Jacuzzi

The Basecamp Loft: King | Upper Level | Dedicated Workspace

The Moose Lodge: King | Lower Level

The Trailside King: King | Lower Level

The Bear Cub Bunkhouse: 4 Twins | Lower Level

Plus Little Explorers Camp, a children's camping-inspired play retreat that is not counted as a bedroom.

MADE FOR TIME TOGETHER

What makes Peak Mode Retreat special isn't simply its size—it's the number of ways your group can use it.

Some guests can gather around the fireplace while others play pool downstairs. Kids can disappear into their own spaces while adults enjoy the hot tub. Someone can work from the loft while everyone else heads to the pool. And when it's time to come together, there are generous indoor and outdoor spaces made for exactly that.

With 4 king beds, a dedicated bunk room, private hot tub, arcade, pool table, community pool, wraparound porch, easy main-level living, ample parking, and nearly 3,000 square feet to spread out, Peak Mode Retreat gives the whole family room to find their own version of vacation mode.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 2,952 sq. ft. cabin and its outdoor living spaces during their stay, with the exception of any locked owner or housekeeping closets designated for staff use.

You'll enjoy all three levels of Peak Mode Retreat, including 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms + powder room, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces, game room, laundry room, wraparound porch, lower entertainment deck, and private hot tub.

One of the home's standout features is its easy main-level access. From the parking area, there is just one step up to enter the home. The main level includes a king suite with private bath, kitchen, living room, dining area, powder room, and porch access—ideal for guests who prefer to minimize stairs. Please note that the home is not represented as ADA accessible.

Guests also have access to the Smoky Cove HOA community pool during its operating season and hours, subject to HOA rules, availability, maintenance, and weather-related closures.

The private parking area accommodates approximately 5–7 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Street parking, neighboring properties, and community roadways may not be used for overflow parking.

Entry is self check-in, with access instructions and your entry code provided prior to arrival.

Peak Mode Retreat is yours to settle into, spread out, and enjoy—whether your version of Peak Mode happens around the fireplace, at the pool table, in the hot tub, or gathered together on the porch beneath the trees.

The Neighborhood:

Peak Mode Retreat is located in Smoky Cove, a peaceful mountain community surrounded by mature trees and the natural beauty of the Smokies. It offers the wooded, tucked-away cabin experience families come here for while providing a welcoming home base for exploring the area's attractions, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures.

Guests have access to the Smoky Cove HOA community pool, a wonderful bonus during the pool's operating season. Pool access is subject to HOA hours, seasonal schedules, weather, maintenance, and community rules.

This is a residential mountain community, so we ask our guests to enjoy it as neighbors rather than tourists. Community quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Outdoor music and conversations should be kept at respectful levels, particularly during evening hours.

Wildlife is part of the experience here, and bears may be present in the area. Never feed or approach wildlife, and never leave food or trash outside. All household trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the property's designated bear-proof lockers.

Whether you're heading out for a day of Smoky Mountain adventures or staying close to home for hot tub time, games, and evenings beneath the trees, Smoky Cove provides a beautiful setting for slowing down and enjoying mountain life together.

Getting Around:

Peak Mode Retreat is located in the Smoky Cove mountain community, so having your own vehicle is strongly recommended for getting to the cabin and exploring the surrounding Smoky Mountain area.

The property offers a generous private parking area accommodating approximately 5–7 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Please keep all vehicles within the designated parking area—street parking, neighboring properties, and community roadways cannot be used for overflow parking.

One of the conveniences of the property is its easy main-level arrival. From the parking area, there is only one step up to enter the home, making unloading groceries and luggage easier and providing a more comfortable arrival for guests who prefer to minimize stairs.

As with many mountain destinations, roads may include curves, hills, and changing elevations, and conditions can change quickly during inclement or winter weather. Guests should check the forecast before traveling and choose a vehicle appropriate for current conditions.

Once you're settled in, Peak Mode Retreat makes a wonderful home base for exploring the Smokies, nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and outdoor adventures—then returning home for the hot tub, game room, and a relaxing evening beneath the trees.
