About this house rental
Wake up to panoramic ocean views from a private mountain house. This 4BR/3BA home has a pool overlooking the coastline and two decks including an upper-level game deck. One of the 4 bedrooms is a private studio on the second floor with its own entrance. 30 mins from the airport via Route 66.
The upper deck has a dedicated game area and outdoor dining space, ideal for groups who want to unwind after a day exploring the island, while the lower deck offers a quieter spot to relax by the pool and take in the view.
Renting a vehicle is highly recommended.
The property has a Backup Power Generator and a Backup Water Cistern ready for power and water outages.
Pool maintenance occurs every Monday between 7:00AM –8:30 AM.
Pool Maintenance person only has access to the pool area and keeps the pool in optimal conditions.
Guests have full access to the entire property.
This is Rainforest living in Puerto Rico, lizards and the Coqui, the island's beloved little tree frog, are regular companions. We service the property monthly for pests, but the rainforest setting means the occasional critter may find their way in, especially if doors are kept open. All harmless and part of the charm. If wildlife of any kind is a dealbreaker, this may not be your spot.
